Nightly from June – September = $175.00 – $200.00

Each project will have the following on the ground floor. 2-3 Boutique shops, convenience store,
Doctor or Nurse practitioner, exercise room, front desk, hair salon, indoor parking, pharmacy,
pool and restaurant.

Common Area Costs to reflect a projected cost of $7.50 – 10.00 per day.
